Princess Family Club Riviera Playa del Carmen

The resort was beautiful with well-kept grounds and plenty of pools to choose from. The entertainment every night was impressive, especially the talented dancers. The variety of food and excellent specialty restaurants were a highlight. The kids club had a great range of activities and the swimout room was a big hit with my family.

Clean property, friendly staff, and excellent food choices. Kids Club area with pool access is highly recommended for families. Large rooms with comfortable beds and bunk beds. Daily housekeeping and complimentary robes, slippers, and toys in the room. Waterpark and kids club activities provide entertainment for children.

Kids loved the bunk beds and pirate stuffies. Room was spacious. Lots of pools to choose from. Monkeys, Coates, Iguanas roam free. Shows were surprisingly good. Beach had plenty of chairs. Ice cream parlor was a hit for the kids.

We had an amazing time at this resort. The location was ideal, with easy access to most restaurants and a beautiful beach just steps away. Our room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The daily entertainment and activities kept us entertained, especially the Aladdin show and the Michael Jackson performance. The kids club and swimming pool were a hit with our little ones. Plus, we loved the special touches like the free sand/beach play and beach bag. a fantastic family holiday.

One downside was the quality of the buffet food, which could have been better.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with many delicious restaurants and beautiful beaches just a short walk away. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the pool. The bathroom was also clean and stocked with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and willing to help. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes. the hotel had great facilities, such as a spa and daily entertainment, making it a perfect choice for families with kids.

One small downside was that the snack bar service was not up to par, and the food at the pirate buffet was average.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated the assistance from Karla, Rocio, and Ricardo who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The facilities at the hotel were perfect for families, with a great kids club and a fun swimming pool. Additionally, the daily entertainment provided was enjoyable for both children and adults.

There were a few aspects of our stay that could have been improved upon. The service at the snack bar was not up to par, as it was quite slow and the staff seemed overwhelmed.

The playground was a bit boring for older kids. The beach was a bit far from our room and required a shuttle or a 10-minute walk.

The Spa & Wellness Center had an array of rejuvenating treatments that left me feeling refreshed. The outdoor swimming pool had a stunning view of the garden area. The different restaurants provided a variety of scrumptious meals. Breakfast had an excellent range of options to choose from. The private facilities were a wonderful advantage and perfect for relaxation. The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach.

The only minor issue was the lack of entertainment. Although the Leisure/TV room was fantastic, the hotel could have offered more activities.
